The Hightones are a group of multi-talented, collegiate sopranos and altos whose voices in harmony bring to mind sugar, spice, and everything awesome! Since our formation in 2009, we've produced our own shows on campus, performed at several famous venues in Santa Cruz, been invited to share the stage with internationally-known a cappella super stars the House Jacks, traveled to sing in places all around Northern and Southern California, and competed in the ICCAs. When we aren't performing around Santa Cruz's campus, we're grooving downtown with the locals for evening busking sessions, or just hanging out together and making beautiful music. We're proud to be the only all soprano/alto a cappella group on campus, to represent our community , and above all, to entertain you!
